From signup to your first connected channel — the practical path inside the product.
1. Create your account & store

Open signup and create your account.

Create your store and fill in the basic business profile.

Follow the onboarding checklist in the dashboard — it walks you through channels and your first products.
2. Add your products
From Catalog, add products with names, prices, and stock. You can add variants (size, color) and images. The same catalog powers the AI agent and your storefront.
3. Connect at least one channel
In Settings → Integrations, connect WhatsApp Business (via Meta or Zernio), Instagram, or Facebook. Once connected, messages land in Inbox.
4. Open Inbox and try a conversation
Send a test message from the connected channel. The AI agent replies using your catalog and settings — and you can take over any chat manually.

Deepen channel setup, finish your catalog, then publish a storefront if you also sell via link.
