Connect WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook so customer messages land in one inbox and the AI agent can sell for you.
Where to connect

In the dashboard open Settings → Integrations.

Pick the platform (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) and complete the official OAuth sign-in.

Approve the required permissions, then return to the dashboard — the channel should show as connected.
WhatsApp Business
Connect via Meta directly or via Zernio depending on your plan. After connecting, inbound messages appear in Inbox and the AI agent can auto-reply when enabled.
Instagram & Facebook
Connect business accounts through official OAuth. DMs and relevant engagement flow through the same pipeline — message → AI orchestrator → reply or order.
What happens after connecting?
- Messages appear in Inbox, grouped by customer.
- The AI agent uses your catalog to answer and capture orders.
- You can disable auto-replies per platform or take over any conversation manually.
