   Open Products / Catalog in the dashboard.

   Create a product with name, price, description, and images.

   Add variants if needed (size, color) with stock per variant.

   Save — the product becomes available for chat search and the storefront.

Update stock from the product page. When orders confirm, stock deducts automatically so you do not oversell.

When a customer asks about a product, price, or availability, the agent searches your catalog (including semantic search) and answers accurately — then can capture the order.

• Clear names and good photos improve replies and conversion.
• Keep prices and stock current — the agent relies on them.
• The same catalog feeds your online storefront when you publish one.
