SellioAI offers a 14-day free trial on paid plans so you can evaluate the platform before any payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your billing cycle renews. This Refund Policy explains when charges may be refunded.

2. Subscriptions

Refund requests for subscription charges are reviewed within 7 business days. Eligibility depends on your plan, usage, and the timing of the request relative to your billing date.

• If you cancel during the free trial, no charge is made.
• If you cancel after a renewal, the current cycle is not automatically refunded but future renewals stop.
• Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method.

3. Wallet Top-ups

Unused wallet balance may be refunded upon request, subject to account verification and any non-refundable payment-processor fees. Balances already consumed for AI usage or services are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• AI credits or usage already consumed.
• Charges from add-ons or one-time services once delivered.
• Any charge outside the eligible refund window.
